Choose the matching error
- Server queue — you can reach the service but admission is delayed.
- Insufficient battlefield capacity — matchmaking capacity is unavailable or constrained.
- Login failed — authentication, entitlement, region, or service access did not complete.
- Game will not launch — the executable closes, crashes, or never opens.
Before applying a fix
- Copy the exact error wording or take a screenshot.
- Record platform, storefront, country, server region, and UTC time.
- Check whether the same account can reach the main menu on another network only if that test is easy and safe.
- Review the status page and official announcements before changing system settings.
