- Officially Confirmed — stated by the developer, publisher, or platform owner.
- Community Reported — repeated independent reports with no first-party confirmation.
- Under Investigation — evidence exists but cause or scope is not established.
- Unverified — insufficient evidence; do not treat as fact.
- Resolved — a previously tracked issue has a confirmed fix or closure.

Corrections
When official and community evidence conflict, the official statement is presented first and the conflicting observation remains clearly labeled. A single community post never proves a global outage.
