Yes—Mistfall Hunter has regional builds and access restrictions. The official FAQ says store accounts registered in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands receive the North American build by default and can access only North American servers. A universal region unlock has not been officially confirmed.
